Upon returning your item, just email us and let us know that you are returning the item(s). Just repackage the item and ship it back, you will receive your refund as soon as item is return. We must receive the item within 7 days from the date you received the item.   We will exchange or refund the price of your purchase less shipping fees. Items must be in their original condition.      Shipping fees will not be refunded in any circumstances. Any ring size 9 and over, we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee, if return because this is considered custom made, also all engraved item and custom made are non-refundable.
